Established in July 2010, Laurent Lebled farms 3.40 hectares.
On the 1st January 2013, he added to his business a society SASU « A la vôtre ! ».
Since 2012, by choice, the wines are classed appellation « vin de France »
Touraine appellation area
A) 1 ha 10 in SAVIGNY EN VERON(37420) near CHINON
Soil type: sand and silt.
Age of the vines: 50 to 70 years old
B) 2ha 30 in SAINT AIGNAN SUR CHER (41110) near BLOIS
Soil type: clay and limestone.
Age of the vines: 40 to 50 years.
C) No label.
Vine and wine are produced naturally.
Analysis of the wines are made by the certified laboratory COFRAC.
Harvest
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported by refrigerated trucks to the cellar.
Carbonic maceration/native yeast
maceration of red grapes: 17 to 21 days
white grapes: 5 to 12 days.
Maceration takes place in cement tanks on a chestnut wood flooring. The grapes are
then pressing in a screw press before finishing its fermentation in fiber tanks.
The bottling is done with traditional corks.
It is essential to perform a minimum of human intervention on wine.
As of 2018,
a new vintage under name « Picasses » will complement the panel of wines.
The vinification follows the traditional method (destemming, crushing…)
