2017
was an average year because of the frosts of April
No Picasse this year!
Half of the usual harvests of Gamay an Cabernet…
Fortunatly the Summer was sunny and warm and all fermentations (alcoholic and malolactic) went well
The result is half less hartest but because of the frosts and the Sun, the color, the juice and the aromas are much more concentrated
We are looking forward to making you taste!
2016
Spring frosts were hard, but Sun stay with us during the whole summer
The result?
Less juice, of course, but a good vintage.
2015
Spring and Summer were great! Then, the rain of the end of August was just in time
Harvests had begun at the beginning of September
2014
The sun was part of it!
The year was rich in fruits but Cabernet gave less juice .
Never mind, we certainly will not complain about this nice vintage.
The wines are fruity and easy to drink
Cheers
2013
2013 harvest will not be as bad as one might have feared.
Despite a particularly capricious weather throughout the year, and rainfall in late September.
While clouds were gathering over the Touraine, crops are shown beautiful. low yields is matched the quality of the vintage.
Let take your glass!
2012
The year 2012 was very temperamental. A very dry winter preceded a wet spring (over
300 mm of rainfall between mid-April and mid-July),
all topped off by a spring frost in Touraine.
The harvest was late, of course, but with idyllic weather on the early harvest.
But the grapes into beautiful promise! The 2012 vintage is very aromatic and
fruity.
2010
This year promises fruity and delicious wines, with a good balance. 2011 promises to be a great year.
The sunny spring and a cool and rainy summer allowed an early early harvest.
In Touraine, white wines are moving to many aromatic freshness. Red wines from Gamay have
a pretty intense purple color and a good structure.
